Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MailMind AI, a Shopify application that automatically replies to customer support emails using AI. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

MailMind AI connects to your Gmail account via OAuth and uses AI to generate and send replies to incoming customer emails. You remain responsible for all communications sent from your email address through the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must have an active Shopify store to use this app.
• You must have a Gmail or Google Workspace account you are authorized to use.
• You must be 18 years or older.

3. Billing

• MailMind AI is billed at $19/month through Shopify Billing.
• Charges are managed entirely by Shopify. Refunds and disputes follow Shopify's billing policies.
• Your subscription continues until you uninstall the app from your Shopify store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MailMind AI to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications.
• Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
• Misrepresent the origin of emails or impersonate another person or business.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.

5. AI-Generated Replies

Replies are generated automatically by AI and sent on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated replies may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate for certain inquiries.
• You are responsible for reviewing reply logs and adjusting your settings to improve accuracy.
• MailMind AI is not liable for any customer disputes arising from automated replies.

6. Gmail Access

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize MailMind AI to read unread emails and send replies on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from the dashboard or from your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 48 hours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI replies, or compatibility with all Gmail configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailMind AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, customer disputes, or email delivery failures.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
