Draft mode is on by default, nothing sends without your approval. You can flip on auto-send per category (say, just for shipping questions) once you trust the replies. Every reply is editable before send and logged afterward.

Promotional blasts, newsletters, shipping notifications from carriers, personal mail, and no-reply addresses. MailMind only drafts replies for actual customer support emails: questions about orders, products, returns, wholesale, and similar. Everything else gets ignored so your draft queue stays clean.

When you install, MailMind scans your Shopify product descriptions, store policies, about page, and (optionally) your past sent replies. It builds a voice profile (tone, sign-off style, typical length) and uses it for every draft. Takes about 45 seconds. You can edit the profile anytime.

Read, compose, and send, authorized through standard Google OAuth. We only read support emails, and we never train external AI models on your mail. You can revoke access from your Google account in one click at any time.

One Gmail address per Shopify plan. If you have a separate wholesale or press inbox, get in touch. We're rolling out multi-inbox support to beta customers now.
