MailMind AI is a Shopify application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
1. Data We Collect
- Shop information: Your Shopify store domain, used to associate your settings and email logs with your account.
- Gmail OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens needed to read your inbox and send replies on your behalf. Stored securely in an encrypted database.
- Email content: Subject lines, sender addresses, and AI-generated replies are logged so you can review what was sent from your dashboard.
- App settings: Your business name, reply tone, and email signature preferences.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate with Gmail and send automated replies on your behalf.
- To display your email reply history in the MailMind AI dashboard.
- To personalize AI-generated replies with your business name and tone.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
- Google Gmail API: Used to read unread emails and send replies. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Groq AI: Email content is sent to Groq's API to generate reply text. Governed by Groq's Privacy Policy.
- Shopify: Billing and authentication are handled by Shopify. Governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
Email logs are retained so you can review reply history. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from the dashboard, which deletes your stored tokens. If you uninstall the app, all your data is deleted within 48 hours.
5. Security
All data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. OAuth tokens are never exposed to the browser or shared with third parties outside of the services listed above.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of all your data at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us directly. To request manual deletion, reach out at the email below.
